A beautifully built bespoke 5 bedroom wooden lodge set in an acre of wooded Devon countryside close to the villages of Woolsery and Clovelly. A veranda that runs around the whole property and is accessible from both the living area and some of the bedrooms.

Main living area A large living/dining area with 3 three seater sofas and 2 arm chairs. An open fire that is accessed both from the main living room and he second living area. There are large windows around two sides of the room making the most of the beautiful views. Direct access onto the veranda and hot tub. There is a large handmade wooden dining table that will seat 12 28" TV with Freeview and DVD player. A selection of games, books and DVDs. Second living area The second living area also has incredible views through full height windows on two sides. Furnished with a double sofa. Access to the open fire. The kitchen is solid wood with a granite worktop and has a breakfast table that seats 4. There is a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Bedroom one King-size bed, wooden set of 5 drawers, wooden double wardrobe. Access onto veranda. En-suite with white suite, heated hand rail, shower, sink, toilet.
