This immaculate compact studio cottage is set in the grounds of the owners' beautifully converted barn. In a magnificent location with wonderful views across the South Downs from the pretty garden. Excellent walking country with many public footpaths and the famous South Downs Way and Cuckmere Haven on your doorstep. Also Provided: Hairdryer. First basket of logs for woodburner.
Notes: The owners have a friendly golden retriever and a cat. Please ensure dogs are compatible with other pets. There is no washing machine, but a launderette is available four miles away in nearby Polegate.
