Leziate is a small hamlet close to Middleton and Middleton golf club 5 miles from historic Kings lynn with its range of shops/restaurants and pubs with a cinema and sport centre. This 2-bedroomed relaxing and peaceful accommodation is situated in the owners grounds occupying a large woodland garden. The property is set actually in the wooded area so that dog walking/lakes (200yds) and wildlife are literally just on the doorstep.

The North Norfolk coast with its walks/beaches and birdlife is 16 miles away with the Royal Sandringham Estate approx 7 miles. The cities of Cambridge/Peterborough and Norwich are all within 45 miles.

Sitting room/Kitchen - pleasantly furnished with a colour TV (freeview channels) DVD player. Kitchen with electric cooker/fridge and microwave. Dining area with table and chairs.
Patio doors open onto woodland garden where dogs can run free.
Bedroom 1 with bunk beds and single bed.
Bathroom with enclosed shower, washbasin and WC.

First Floor
Mezzanine bedroom with double bed - unsuitable for children. Children over 4 years very welcome. Garden
All enclosed garden for dogs to let off steam!
Heating - Underfloor gas heating with electric heaters for our unpredictable climate
