The Garden Chalet - Pet Friendly Holiday Cottage Petersfield, Hampshire - Sleeps 2-4. Plus 2 dogs allowed. The Garden Chalet is at Church Farm House, East Meon. Pet Friendly Cottage. East Meon is a beautiful Hampshire village with a Norman church and many thatched cottages. There are 2 pubs, both of which serve good food. There is a food store and a public phonebox within 300 yards. Chichester and Winchester are both within 20 miles. There is good sea bathing on the south coast also within 20 miles. Church Farm House is on the southern edge of the village.

Cottage Accommodation

The chalet is built of brick and has a slate roof which is insulated. It consists of one, very large room, a separate power shower and a glassed porch leading to a lavatory containing a w.c. and washbasin. There is a small secluded garden for guests with a marvelous view over sheep fields to the South Downs, and deck chairs are provided. The chalet is well away from the road so is quiet and there is a safe parking space off the road. The holiday property can sleep up to 2 Adults & 2 children on sofa bed

It is comfortably furnished and is fully central heated; the shower and lavatory are also central heated. An electric immersion heater provides running hot water.

The kitchen contains an electric cooker with oven, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. There is also a large fridge freezer in the porch. Cooking utensils, plates and cutlery are provided. The lounge area has a sofa, comfy arm chair and 28 inch colour TV. The TV has a set top box and therefore provides all the free digital channels. The bedroom area has a kingsize bed which is provided with sheets and duvet plus cover. There is a second sofa which converts to a double bed.

All sheets, bath towels and pillow cases are provided. If the sofa bed is used, it is necessary for guests to bring their own duvet and cover and sheets. Cloths, cleaning materials and handtowels are also provided.

Free wireless broadband is available.

The chalet is intended for 2 adults. Up to 2 children may accompany their parents. Dogs and cats are welcome
