This fantastic ground floor studio flat in the tiny village of Stibb Cross is a great base from which to enjoy all Devon has to offer. Stylishly furnished and tastefully decorated, this spacious one room apartment comes with access to a private two and a half acre fishing lake, as well as the rest of the woodland and nature trail that are also on the owners' land. With a traditional country pub only a five minute walk away, and the Elizabethan market town of Bideford close by, there's plenty to do right outside the front door.

Amenities - Full oil central heating. 2 ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, flat screen TV with DVD. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small rear patio/garden with furniture & BBQ. Use of owner's extensive garden & woodland area. Free use of 0.5 acre private fishing lake (please bring own fishing equipment). One small well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Children are not accepted in this property. Note: There is an A-road approx 120 yards from property; there may be some occasional road noise.
