There is also an en-suite shower room, and outside, a small patio with furniture. Two pets are welcome at this cosy property, which is within very easy reach of fabulous walking, cider farms, sandy beaches and even the Exmoor National Park.

Amenities - Full oil central heating. Small electric oven with double electric hob, microwave, fridge, colour TV/DVD, stereo/CD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small, enclosed patio with garden furniture and BBQ (on request). Two well behaved pets welcome at £15 per pet, per week.
