The barn has recently been converted to a high standard to provide all modern conveniences whilst still retaining the character of the old barn. This pet friendly accommodation has solid oak floors laid throughout, the main living area retains the vaulted ceiling with its roof beams and kingposts. The kitchen area is fully equipped with granite worktops and a butler sink. There is gas fired central heating throughout.

Beautiful views from the accommodation, tree-clad mountains behind and fields either side. There is a drive into the property between the house and the barn with ample parking

Accommodation - This property has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4+

Large living room with comfortable sofas and a sofa bed, a TV and DVD. The dining and kitchen area has a fridge, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ironing board etc

Main bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe, second bedroom with two singles. Bathroom with bath and power shower etc. There is a further Z bed & sofa bed if required.

Local Area - Snowdon with its mountain railway, Betws-y-Coed, Conway, Llandudno and Caernarfon are all within easy reach. The village of Maentwrog is approximately 2 miles away and has two very old inns which are "children-friendly" and serve food throughout the day and evening meals
