Accommodation - This caravan has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 5

Sea and cliff views from outdoor decked area, lounge, dining area and kitchen A Very well equipped holiday home in creams and blue in a New England style. TV and DVD player, One Double bed room, one room with two single beds and a lounge sofa bed. Large enclosed shower with a bench seat, toilet and sink. Parking for one car. Electricity and gas included (caravan is central heated). No cots or high chairs

The caravan may be suitable for those ill or less able, There are 3 steps to inside the caravan, fabulous views from within the caravan with a decked area with sea views, at present we use a mobility scooter on site, West Bay and Weymouth are excellent for those using mobility scooters. Please do not hesitate to discuss your holiday requirements with us. Refundable damage and breakages deposit required. NO additional charge for your pets, Wi-Fi broadband is available in the caravan on request Children welcome but may need supervising in the enclosed garden near terrace and steps area.

Local Area - We are situated by a spectacular private part of Chesil beach which is part of the World Heritage site, surrounded by sandstone cliffs and grassy slopes. We are located in the south west of England, in the superb scenic county of Dorset. Taking a short walk along the private beach or cliffs to the right looking out to sea you will come to West Bay, where 'Harbour lights' was filmed. In the opposite direction e.g. going from the private beach to the left is Burton Bradstock beach and the well renowned 'Hive' Cafe. After this then the National Trust Cogden Beach followed by the exclusive West Bexingtom beach near Abbotsbury - with the Swannery and tropical gardens. On the map we are roughly half-way between Lyme Regis and Weymouth.

Ideal fossil hunting base as we are situated on the Jurassic coast line and fossils can be seen as you walk along the beach towards Burton Bradstock. In addition, locally it is a haven for Paragliders, Divers and water sports, Cyclist and walkers Horse Riders Bridport Golf site next to site Excellent mackerel fishing from the beach by the summer lodge caravan Or just Relax on the beach Out door swimming pool on site Superb coastal walking At peak season horse and carts rides, train rides, donkey derby, etc Park shop for food newspapers and all those essential Play area for children and a playing field.

Dog Friendly Places - The area is very dog friendly including some local pubs and cafes. All year dog friendly beaches from the site & Cogden Beach. West Bexington is also dog friendly but they may have restrictions during peak holiday season.

Facilities - We provide duvet for beds and pillows but you will need to bring duvet covers, pillow cases sheets and towels

Pets - Type of pets allowed = dogs, cats & small caged animals allowed (sorry No puppies)
