A luxury 2 bed flint cottage conveniently located between Cley and Blakeney in Norfolk, with views across the marshes towards Cley Windmill and the village. It is peacefully situated along a quiet lane with shops, cafés and pubs within easy walking distance.

Facilities: Wi-fi, freesat TV, DVD, CD player with ipod dock. . Electric range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, rotary dryer in garden, clothes airer.

Rental will include: utilities, linens and personal towels - not beach towels, free use of wi-fi, logs for woodburner, cleaning materials, dishwasher tabs, loo rolls etc. A travel cot & high chair are available on request. BBQ

NB : The gardens are not totally enclosed - there is a fence to the front & sides. We recommend that dogs are kept on a lead in the garden .

Local Area - Seal trips at Blakeney, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve North Norfolk Heritage Railway, Holkham Hall, Blickling, Felbrigg Hall.

Dog Friendly Places - Holkham Beach, Blakeney Point, Wells beach, most nearby pubs allow dogs
