From £495 PW Hudgill Farm Barn has been recently converted into two beautifully finished pet friendly holiday cottages with a wealth of old beams and character. Available for holidays or short breaks. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Eden district of Cumbria, close to Alston, Cross Fell and Weardale.

A holiday cottage with three bedrooms (one double and two twin), one bathroom and one shower room. The twin rooms and family bathroom with over bath shower are upstairs and the double room with shower room are on the ground floor. The original oak beams give character to the bedrooms and bathroom. The entrance hall with plenty of coat and boot & shoe storage leads into the open plan kitchen / living room to provide every comfort for your stay.

Middlefell view is one half of the converted barn and has a very large south facing window with a sunny window seat in the lounge area where the old barn door used to be. The underfloor heating gives a pleasant overall warm atmosphere, which can be enhanced with the use of the wood burning stove.

Designed and finished to a high standard to provide a relaxing holiday location with wildlife all around, the holiday lets are ideally located for those looking for a peaceful, rural setting with wonderful opportunities for walking and cycling throughout the beautiful North Pennines.

The Barn is situated in one of the areas of Britain with the least light pollution, so star gazing is a relaxing pastime. There is ample parking and well-behaved pets are welcome. Must be kept under control, as sheep & lambs graze within a few metres of the barn.

Local Area - There is a pleasant riverside walk to Alston with waterfalls and woodland on the way and plenty of other moorland walks with an abundance of wildlife to be seen
