The cottage is around one mile to the thriving market town of Hawes at the heart of the Yorkshire Dales with its excellent array of shops, tea-rooms, pubs & churches - and about 50-yards to some of the finest walks that the UK has to offer. It's a delightful, well-appointed, self-catering cottage with plenty of space for six to eight people in three bedrooms (one double with a king-size bed and two twins) and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is a snug in addition to the sizeable lounge and a kitchen with space to mingle as a family. Our holiday cottage is furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout, with plenty of period charm and character coupled with modern luxuries. There are wooden floors in most rooms and the cottage has full central heating as well as a log fire. Broadband Internet access is provided.
